Sea Salt Kale Chips

Kale chips are super easy to make but we have always found that they go soft/stale very quickly. Eat them straight out of the oven or within 24 hours.

There are a number of different flavours that you could add just before putting into the oven – try lemon zest, pecorino or smoked paprika.


1 Bunch Kale
Sea Salt
Coconut Oil


Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees C.

De-stem the kale and chop into bite sized pieces.

Massage the kale with oil.

Place on a baking tray and season with salt.

Roast for 15-20 minutes until the chips are crispy.
