Can I track my order?
All orders are despatched from Melbourne usually within 1-2 business days after your order is received.
Yes! You can track your package three ways: 1. You will be sent an ‘order is complete’ confirmation email after your order has been shipped which includes all shipping details; the provider (Sendle or Australian Post), tracking number, date it was shipped, and a direct link to check your delivery status. 2. If you created an account, you can find the tracking link under the ‘Orders’ section. 3. If for some reason you have not received the confirmation email and you do not have a Whole Kids account, please contact us and we will be able to give you your tracking details.
Do you accept returns?
Requests for refunds, returns and exchanges must be made to Nourish Foods within 7 days of the purchase date. To return an item or request a refund, please contact Whole Kids by email or phone:

Date your order was placed

Refunds will only be credited to the credit card of the purchaser.
