Chocolate Dipped Kiwifruit
We all remember having chocolate dipped fruit at birthday parties now it is our turn to pass on the legacy. If the kiwifruit is organic you don’t really need to peel it, just depends on how the kids feel.
100 Grams Dark Chocolate (85% Cocoa)
60 Milliliter Coconut Milk
2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Peel and cut the Kiwifruit into thick rounds and skewer onto small forks.
Put the chocolate, coconut milk and maple syrup in a bowl and place it over the top of a boiling pot of water. Make sure that the bowl doesn’t touch the water underneath. Slowly melt over the heat constantly stirring until all combined.
Remove the bowl from the heat and working quickly dip the kiwifruit into the chocolate and place onto the lined baking tray.
Fridge for 10-15 minutes until set
