Directions
Take a square slice of Edam and cut it in half. Using scissors make snips across the length of the cheese leaving a 1cm band across the top. Take a grissini stick and place the end onto the top band and carefully roll the cheese around the stick. Take a piece of chive and wrap it around the top of the cheese twice and tie off. Trim the ends of the chive and place on a plate, in a lunchbox or straight in your mouth![/vc_column_text]
