Terms and conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
3. The Promoter is Nourish Foods ABN: 83 101 453 847. The Promotion Partners are: Edible Blooms and The Healthy Mummy.
4. Entry is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or older.
5. Employees and their immediate families and any organisation or individual associated with the Promoter or Promotion Partners are ineligible to enter.
6. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Promoter and Promotion Partners, and not to Facebook or Instagram.
7. The Promotion begins at 12pm ADST on Friday 23 April 2021 and closes at 5pm ADST Thursday 6 May 2021. Entries received after the closing date and time will be deemed invalid.
8. No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
9. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Survey entry form on https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Mothers_Day_Giveaway, and read and agree to these terms and conditions.
10. To enter competition, you must:
    • Answer the questions of the survey.
    • Enter your full and correct name and email address.
11. The competition is free to enter.
12. Entrants agree that the Promoter and selected partners listed above, may use the personal information provided to contact entrants with news and special offers in accordance with the Promoter’s and Promotion Partners respective Privacy Policies. These communications can be unsubscribed from at any time.
13. By entering this competition, you give permission that the Promotor or Promoters Partners listed above may use the survey results for marketing purposes and to announce competition winners.
14. The winner will be drawn at random and announced on Saturday 7 May at 10am. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim their prize within seven (7) days, the Promotor will re-draw that prize and a new winner will be announced.
15. There are three (3) major prizes worth over $1000 combined which include:
    • Whole Kids products to the value of $200;
    • Edible Blooms Vegan Sweet Gift Hamper and Plant-Based Treat Box, to the total value of $200;

16. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
17. Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Where a prize is not available due to circumstances outside of the promotors control, the competition partners and the promotor will provide a suitable alternative up to the same value as the original prize.
18. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or inconsequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any prize, including without limitation non-receipt of any prize or damage to any prize in transit.
19. The prizes will be delivered within one (1) week of the winners being notified.
20. By claiming your prize and accepting to become ‘winner’, you grant permission for the Promotor or Promotional Partners to take still footage of their prize day and use this for ongoing marketing purposes.
