Ingredients:
\n1\/2 cup organic white quinoa
\n3\/4 cup (175ml) water
\n400ml (1 tin) organic coconut milk
\n2 tablespoon organic honey
\n1 Organic Mango Whole Kids Frooshie
\nFresh chopped strawberry and banana
\nFresh or dried coconut (for older children)<\/p>\n

Method:
\nPlace quinoa and water in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil, then simmer over a low heat for 7 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Stir in coconut milk and continue to cook over a low heat for 15 minutes, staring occasionally. Remove from the heat and stir through the honey and allow to cool a little. As the mixture cools it will thicken so can be served warm in bowls or put in jars for later. Finish the pudding with the fresh strawberries, banana, a squirt of Frooshie and a sprinkle of coconut.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
