(Makes 6-8 small patties)<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

400 grams kangaroo mince
\n\u00bd red onion
\n1 clove garlic
\n\u00bd carrot
\n1 egg
\n\u00bd cup breadcrumbs
\nHandful fresh parsley
\n\u00bd tablespoon bush seasoning
\nOil for frying
\nTo serve \u2013 wholemeal roll, tomato, cheese, lettuce, red onion, chutney, or desired sauce<\/p>\n

Equipment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Large mixing bowl
\nWooden spoon
\nEgg flip
\nFry pan\/electric fry pan
\nChopping boards
\nMeasuring cups and spoons
\nKids safe knife<\/p>\n

Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Finely chop garlic, parsley and onion and add to mixing bowl with meat.
\n2. Grate carrot and add to bowl.
\n3. Add egg, breadcrumbs and bush spices.
\n4. Using your hands mix thoroughly and then shape into patties.
\n5. Heat little oil in fry pan and cook on medium heat. Cook on one side first for 5-8 minutes, flip once and cook on other side for 3-5 minutes or until juices run clear. Add a slice of cheese if desired.
\n6. Serve warm in a toasted bun with lots of salad and your preferred sauce.<\/p>\n
