250 grams minced chicken
\n6 asparagus stalks
\n4 spring onions
\n1 piece celery
\n1 sliver beat leaf
\n2 broccolini\u00a0 stems
\n\u00bc cup breadcrumbs
\n\u00bd cup ricotta
\n\u00bd cup tasty cheese
\n4 sundried tomatoes
\nSalt pepper to taste
\n3 sheets puff pastry
\n1 egg
\n\u00bd cup milk
\nSesame seeds<\/p>\n

Equipment:<\/strong>
\nKid safe knife
\nMeasuring spoons and cups
\nWooden spoon
\nLarge bowl
\nChopping board
\nBaking trays
\nPastry brush
\nSpoons<\/p>\n

Method:<\/strong>
\n1. Preheat oven to 180\u00b0 degrees
\n2. Place chicken in large mixing bowl
\n3. Remove stem from silver beat, top and tail spring onions, tail broccolini and asparagus.
\n4. Finely chop asparagus, spring onions, celery, sliver beat, broccolini, sundried tomatoes
\n5. Add chopped vegetables, cheeses, bread crumbs to chicken
\n6. Season with salt and pepper
\n7. Mix thoroughly
\n8. Cut pastry into four squares
\n9. Add spoonful of mixture along one side of square
\n10. Using your fingers dipped into water, brush around the edges and then roll to seal
\n11. Whisk egg in small bowl and then brush over pastry.
\n12. Place rolls onto baking trays lined with baking paper
\n13. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.<\/p>\n
