Sliced Edam cheese

\nChives<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Take a square slice of Edam and cut it in half.\u00a0 Using scissors make snips across the length of the cheese leaving a 1cm band across the top. Take a grissini stick and place the end onto the top band and carefully roll the cheese around the stick. \u00a0Take a piece of chive and wrap it around the top of the cheese twice and tie off.
