2 Cups Tinned Organic Chickpeas (220g), Drained
\n1\/2 Teaspoon Cumin, Group
\n2 Tablespoons Fresh Coriander, Chopped
\n2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
\n1 Tablespoon Organic Tahini
\n3 Tablespoons Warm Water<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well into a smooth texture.<\/p>\n

Add more lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper or tahini to suit your kids’ taste,<\/p>\n
