Watermelon pizzas are the perfect after school snack or healthy kids party food. And the best part is that it is more fun when kids can make it themselves!<\/p>\n

If they aren’t old enough\u00a0to use a knife for cutting up the fruit, then place the selection into individual bowls and let them place their own toppings and customise.<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

Watermelon
\nKiwifruit
\nBlueberries
\nPineapple
\nMandarine
\nDesiccated Coconut
\nLemon Juice<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cut round slices of watermelon to make the base of the watermelon pizza; you can choose how many pizzas you’d like to make.<\/p>\n

Peel the kiwifruit, pineapple and mandarine, and cut into bit size pieces.<\/p>\n

Cut in half the blue berries.<\/p>\n

Sprinkle your fruit on top of the pizza as well as the desiccated coconut.<\/p>\n

Add lemon juice on top to preserve the pizza if you are making them ahead of time, or for some added flavour.<\/p>\n
