Try this for a twist to a healthy lettuce salad.<\/p>\n

1\/2 Cup Cooked Quinoa
\n1 Bunch of Kale, De-stemmed and Chopped
\n1\/4 Cup White Currents
\n1\/2 Cup Shelled Broad Beans
\n1\/4 Cup Sundried Tomatoes
\n1\/4 Cup Chopped Kalamata Olives<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

To cook the quinoa, place 1\/4 cup of uncooked quinoa with 1\/2 cup water in a small saucepan.<\/p>\n

Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n
