We all remember having chocolate dipped fruit at birthday parties now it is our turn to pass on the legacy. If the kiwifruit is organic you don\u2019t really need to peel it, just depends on how the kids feel.<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

4 Kiwifruit
\n100 Grams Dark Chocolate (85% Cocoa)
\n60 Milliliter Coconut Milk
\n2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Line a baking tray with baking paper.<\/p>\n

Peel and cut the Kiwifruit into thick rounds and skewer onto small forks.<\/p>\n

Put the chocolate, coconut milk and maple syrup in a bowl and place it over the top of a boiling pot of water. Make sure that the bowl doesn\u2019t touch the water underneath. Slowly melt over the heat constantly stirring until all combined.<\/p>\n

Remove the bowl from the heat and working quickly dip the kiwifruit into the chocolate and place onto the lined baking tray.<\/p>\n
