Kale chips are super easy to make but we have always found that they go soft\/stale very quickly. Eat them straight out of the oven or within 24 hours.<\/p>\n

There are a number of different flavours that you could add just before putting into the oven – try lemon zest, pecorino or smoked paprika.<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Bunch Kale
\nSea Salt
\nCoconut Oil<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees C.<\/p>\n

De-stem the kale and chop into bite sized pieces.<\/p>\n

Massage the kale with oil.<\/p>\n

Place on a baking tray and season with salt.<\/p>\n
