Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

1\/2 Cup Rolled Oats
\n1\/2 Cup Coconut Milk
\n1\/2 Cup Water
\n1\/4 Teaspoon Salt
\n1 Apple \u2013 Cubed
\n1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
\n1 Teaspoon Unrefined Sugar or Brown Sugar
\n2 Teaspoon Coconut oil<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Add the rolled oats, coconut milk, water and salt to a saucepan and slowly heat, stirring often until thick and creamy.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile add the cubed apple, cinnamon, sugar and oil to another saucepan over a medium heat and stew until soft (approximately 5 minutes).<\/p>\n
