Product safety announcement
We’ve been very proud of how popular our new Whole Kids Smoothie Drops have become since we launched them earlier this year and we thank you for all your support, so it’s disappointing for our team to be notified of a product safety issue.
The issue affects Smoothie Drops (Berry, Banana & Coconut Milk, 20g pack) for all Best Before Dates up to 12/8/2022 and sold through any of our national retail partners including Coles, Woolworths, Big W and other independent grocers and stores. You can check the best before date on the back of the pack, located just above the barcode.
We have become aware of a small number of incidents where little plastic fragments have been found in our Smoothie Drops. We have fully investigated the matter and identified the cause of the problem, and our manufacturer has taken immediate action to rectify the issue to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
If you have purchased a packet of Whole Kids Smoothie Drops with any Best Before Dates up to 12/8/2022 and sold from any store, please do not eat the product or have your child eat the product. We ask that you return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
We deeply apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your family, and we’re working very hard to ensure we have new stock of our Smoothie Drops back on the shelves at your local store.
